Terms of Service

By accessing or using TurboKast ("the Service"), operated by TurboKast ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

01. Description of Service

TurboKast is a multi-streaming platform that allows content creators to broadcast to multiple destinations (such as Twitch, YouTube, and custom RTMP endpoints) simultaneously. The Service includes stream relay, real-time HLS preview, and destination management.

02. Account Registration

You must sign in using a supported OAuth provider (Google, Twitch). You are responsible for the security of your connected accounts.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your connected accounts secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

03. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

Infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party

Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

04. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you stream through TurboKast.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to relay your stream data to your configured destinations for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

We do not store, record, or archive your streaming content. Stream data passes through our relay infrastructure and is not retained after delivery.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to stream your content and that it complies with the terms of service of each destination platform.

05. Third-Party Services

TurboKast integrates with third-party platforms including Google/YouTube, Twitch, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms:

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.

06. Payment & Billing

Certain features of TurboKast may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

07. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

08. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

09. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and documentation, is owned by TurboKast and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboKast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or streaming time.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboKast and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
